Good. I am a Latina woman of faith and a strong heart, with 40-something years of life.
Since my beginnings as a commercial manager in exchange and study travel agencies, I understood that traveling is not only moving, it is to evolve. In my professional path I also founded several years ago the first academy for Au Pair travelers.
Wife, mother, friend, daughter, older sister, and a believer that every young woman should have the opportunity to travel, see the world and discover herself before putting down roots and starting a family.
Today, I am the founder and CEO of GO 360, and I found in this a clear mission: to help more girls to believe in themselves, to see beyond their limits and boundaries and open the doors to a world of opportunities.
If I had known at their age what I know today and what I share with you in their processes, surely my path would have been more certain.
My passion is to see how each Au Pair trip transforms not only a destination, but a life project.
Hi I’m Dany I was an Au Pair for 2 years, and in this journey more than crossing borders I found my voice and purpose. I learned that I can, that I am capable, strong and brave, although I do not deny that at the beginning I felt fear, insecurities and many doubts. The question “Will I make it?” crossed my mind more than once. However, my desire to excel and see the world beyond a screen won out. I confess that I would have loved to have someone to guide me, to believe in me and help me in this leap into the unknown.
For 7 years I have been accompanying with love and commitment other girls who, like me, dream of transforming their lives, growing, leaving their fears behind and launching themselves to live new experiences. My greatest passion is to see how their dreams take shape, how that which was born in their mind and heart becomes a reality.
I am now a wife, mom, oldest daughter, a woman of faith and the person who loves to support you in your process, every story I walk with my heart. I firmly believe that God has a purpose for every girl that comes to GO 360, and I am honored to be a part of that journey.

About Us
At GO 360 we prepare and accompany future Au Pair nannies from Latin America in their leap towards a transformative international experience. We created the first 40-day intensive method that takes them from zero to a successful host family search, guaranteeing to shorten time and optimize their resources.
Our Purpose
We know that migrating to another country, living with an unfamiliar family and taking care of your children is not a minor decision. That is why, more than a program, we offer a 360º process that covers each key axis: Preparation, Application, Documentation and Adaptation.
From pedagogical workshops, child psychology, first aid, language reinforcement, to classes on cultures and systems of the destination countries. In addition, we provide personalized support in visa procedures and documentation so that your application is solid, and a system of co-evaluation and adaptation that guides you in your arrival and coexistence during that first crucial month.
