ABOUT AU PAIR REGULATIONS IN POLAND
- Maximum work: 25 to 40 hours per week
- Light household chores agreed with the family
- Participation in family life
- Monthly payment: between €280 and €350
- Private room and board covered by the family
- Polish language course optional but highly recommended
- 1 day and a half off per week
- 15 vacation days for every 12 months
- Compulsory health insurance, generally assumed by the Au Pair or with the help of the family.
- Program duration: 6 to 12 months
- Ability to travel in Europe with a valid student visa or residence permit

Legal Requirements
- Age: 18-30 years old
- Basic level of English (A2 minimum)
- Taste and love for child care
- Single and childless
- Good health
- No criminal record
- Valid passport
- Willingness to learn Polish or attend language classes
- It is the first time you participate as an Au Pair in Poland.
- Assume the budget for the application, visa and tickets.

Requirements
Host family
- Have at least one child under 18 years of age
- Offer a private room and full board
- Willingness to include the Au Pair as part of the family
- Covering or supporting the cost of a language course
- Respect agreed working hours and time off.
- Assist in the application for the Au Pair's visa and medical insurance.
