ABOUT AU PAIR REGULATIONS IN GERMANY
- Working hours and maximum 30 hours per week
- Light household chores agreed with the family
- Participation in family life
- Common extracurricular activities
- Monthly payment: 280€.
- Private room and board
- German language course, the family will give monthly, in addition to the pocket money, an additional 70€, in order to help with the language course.
- 1 full day off per week
- 30 paid vacation days, for 12 months of employment
- Duration of your experience maximum 12 months
- The insurance is assumed by the host family
- The host family must send a letter of invitation to the Au Pair.

Legal Requirements
- Age: 18-26 years old
- Basic level in German (A1, this must be certified)
- Taste and love for child care
- Single and childless
- Good health
- No criminal record
- Being the first time you travel to Germany as an Au Pair
- Assume the budget for the application, visa and tickets.

Requirements Host family
- Have at least one child under the age of 18 living at home.
- Have a single room for your Au Pair.
- Wanting to welcome a young foreign girl at home for a year so that she becomes part of the family, is treated with respect and cordiality so that there is a real cultural exchange.
- Your Au Pair will have enough free time to attend a language course that you can afford to pay for it.
- Have sufficient income to support your Au Pair during the stay.
- At least one of the parents must be a citizen of Germany.
