1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the preparation services and digital content offered by GO360 S.A.S., available through the official website www.go360latam.com. They also supplement the specific conditions that apply to each specific service that the customer contracts with the company.

Anyone wishing to use the website or access the digital content and resources provided by GO360 S.A.S. must first accept these conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and other guidelines governing the company’s activities, which form an integral part of this document.

Before registering or contracting any service, the User must have read, understood, and accepted all of the terms established herein and the related documents.

  • Contractual Relationship: The legal relationship arising from the provision of digital content services is established exclusively between GO360 S.A.S. and the User. These services are intended solely for the User and may not be transferred, assigned, or used by third parties.
  • Legal Responsibility: GO360 S.A.S. is solely responsible for the services it provides directly or through contracted personnel, strategic partners, or employees. In no case is it responsible for the services offered by third parties, even if they are recommended on its platform. Any claims regarding such services should be directed to the corresponding provider.
  • Legal Capacity: The services are available to persons of legal age with the legal capacity to contract, or minors who have the written and verifiable consent of their parents or legal guardians. In the case of business representation, the person contracting must have the legal authority to bind the entity.
  • Duration of Service: Depending on the service purchased. The standard duration of the preparation and application service is 40 calendar days, counted from the start date determined by the GO360 S.A.S. team.

GO360 S.A.S. offers a structured support program, mainly aimed at young women (aged 18 to 27) interested in participating in international programs such as Au Pair. This service is provided through a comprehensive support system that includes digital content, training resources, and personalized guidance.

Service components include (but are not limited to):

  • 40 days of access to the structured digital program "GO360 Method."
  • Infoproducts and downloadable content in digital format.
  • Practical tools and personalized support guides.
  • Participation in virtual communities for guidance and support.
  • Advice and guidance on agreements between the participant and the host family.
  • Opinions and suggestions on the visa application process (as applicable).
  • Online training workshops on childcare and practical skill development.
  • Interactive classes and sessions on cultural preparation and adaptation as an Au Pair.
  • Downloadable templates with examples and models of effective communication.
  • Live Q&A sessions with bilingual advisors.

Protection against visa denial (optional):
The User may additionally purchase visa denial coverage for USD 150. This coverage includes a full refund of the amount paid for the digital preparation service, provided that the terms and conditions stipulated by GO360 S.A.S. are met.

GO360 S.A.S. reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust the characteristics of the service, its content, duration, or components at any time without prior notice to the User. Updates will be reflected on the website in a timely manner and will be effective upon publication.

The service offered by GO360 S.A.S. is a comprehensive guidance, planning, and support system for people interested in becoming Au Pairs. The content is designed in digital format and may include recordings, workshops, consultations, and other resources created by experts in each subject area. It is not a placement agency or a government visa or employment management entity.

The preparation services and digital content offered by GO360 S.A.S. are considered intangible and personalized products, delivered online. For this reason, once access to the content has been activated or the support has begun, no refunds will be made, except in the following exceptional cases:

  • When the User has purchased additional visa denial protection and can prove through official documentation that their application was rejected by the relevant consular authority, in addition to complying with the terms and conditions of said protection.
  • If the service has not yet formally begun, and the User requests cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start date.

In all cases, the refund request must be sent in writing to the official customer service email address, including the buyer’s details, the reason for the request, and the corresponding supporting documentation. GO360 S.A.S. will evaluate the request and issue a response within a maximum of 10 business days.

GO360 S.A.S. offers guidance, training, and support services in application processes such as Au Pair through digital educational resources. The company does not guarantee visa approval, acceptance by host families, or specific results in each User’s individual process.

The company is not responsible for:

  • The contractual or personal relationship between the User and the host family.
  • Visa denials, consular decisions, or immigration policies of third countries.
  • Errors made by the User when filling out forms or preparing documents outside the scope of the support provided.
  • Indirect damages, loss of opportunities, income, or benefits arising from the use of the content provided.

The User acknowledges that the responsibility of GO360 S.A.S. is limited exclusively to the provision of the contracted content service and under the terms established herein.

Club 360 is an exclusive program for members who access additional benefits such as extended consulting, complementary tools, advanced preparation resources, and guidance on specific procedures. The conditions, membership requirements, and coverage of Club 360 benefits are available in a specific section of the official website. Access to this program is subject to separate contracting.

The User agrees to make responsible, ethical, and personal use of the preparation services and digital content offered by GO360 S.A.S. These services are self-managed and designed to guide the User through the Au Pair application process via a self-learning and digital support model.

Important to note:

  • GO360 S.A.S is not an educational institution and does not issue official training certificates or academic level validations.
  • Nor does it act as a travel agency, cultural exchange agency, or intermediary for Au Pair placement. Consequently, it does not guarantee results, visa approvals, or acceptance by host families.
  • The success of the process will depend exclusively on the commitment, dedication, and management of the User.
  • Registration on the Site and use of the Services does not create an employment, partnership, or contractual relationship of representation between GO360 S.A.S. and the User.
  • The content and services contracted will be available as specified on the website. However, GO360 S.A.S. reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any of its components without prior notice, with the aim of improving the User's experience.

The User may not reproduce, share, resell, distribute, or modify the digital content received without the prior written and express authorization of GO360 S.A.S. All material provided is confidential and protected by copyright.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User authorizes GO360 S.A.S. to use, free of charge and without time limitation, the images, testimonials, videos, or any other audiovisual material related to their experience as an Au Pair, provided that such experience has been developed through the use of the preparation services and digital content offered by GO360 S.A.S.

This authorization includes publication and dissemination through the official communication channels of GO360 S.A.S., such as its website, social networks (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, among others), advertising campaigns, or informational material, for the purposes of promotion, inspiration, and exposure to other potential users.

The User may revoke this authorization at any time by written request, except in cases where a specific authorization has been signed or content has been previously published in accordance with this agreement.

The purchase of digital products and services will be made through the payment methods enabled by GO360 S.A.S., which include:

  • International payment gateways such as PayPal and/or Global66.
  • National gateways such as PayU.
  • Bank transfers or deposits to the official savings account of GO360 S.A.S. at Bancolombia.

The prices of the services are listed on the website, may be subject to change without prior notice, and will be charged in the specified currency. The User agrees to pay the full amount for the service at the time of purchase, in accordance with the chosen payment method.

GO360 S.A.S. does not store card details or directly manage payments. Any complaints regarding processing should be addressed directly to the relevant platform (PayPal, PayU, among others), in accordance with their own terms of use.

  • Payment for Contracted Services: The User agrees to pay GO360 S.A.S. a fee for the purchase of the contracted services. Payment will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the company's website.
  • Modification of Rates: GO360 S.A.S. reserves the right to modify, change, add, or eliminate the current rates at any time, notifying Users of such changes through appropriate means, including publication on the Website. Rate changes will take effect on the date of publication and will not affect service contracts already entered into.
  • Special Promotions: GO360 S.A.S. may temporarily modify its rate and pricing policy for digital content services during special promotions. These modifications will be effective from the moment the promotion is made public or the corresponding announcement is made on the Site. Promotions will be subject to the specific terms and conditions indicated in each case.
  • Expenses Not Included: GO360 S.A.S. shall not be obliged to advance or provide funds to Users for the payment of additional expenses, services or supplies not previously agreed and clearly established on the Website or in direct communication with Users.
  • Non-payment: In the event of non-payment by the User for the contracted service, GO360 S.A.S. reserves the right to take the appropriate legal and extrajudicial measures, such as notification to credit bureaus and credit history agencies, or any other action necessary to ensure payment of the amounts owed. The User may not file claims for damages that may arise from these actions.
  • Payment Methods: Payments may be made in cash or, where applicable, in two installments, subject to agreement and approval by GO360 S.A.S. The payment terms must be explicitly agreed upon by the parties.
  • Billing Objections: Any objection related to an invoice must be submitted by the User as soon as possible, sending their request to the customer service email address provided on the Website. GO360 S.A.S. will respond to the objection within a maximum period of 10 business days.
  • Issuance of Electronic Invoices: GO360 S.A.S. may issue electronic invoices for the corresponding charges for commissions, fees, and other items arising from the use of the contracted services. These invoices will be issued in accordance with current regulations and will be sent to the User's email address. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions implies the User's express consent to receive electronic invoices, in accordance with Resolution 14.465 of 2007 of the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN).
  • Refund for Visa Denial Protection Service: Refunds for the complementary visa denial protection service will only be effective if the User demonstrates that they have correctly followed all the steps of the process, according to the instructions and recommendations provided by GO360 S.A.S. and its team, and despite this, their visa has been rejected. The refund will only apply to the amount paid for the digital preparation service, not to the amount paid for the complementary visa denial protection service. Once the User has made the payment or reservation for the service, the decision to continue using the service will be understood as accepted, and therefore there will be no refunds under any circumstances other than those established in these Terms and Conditions.

At GO360 S.A.S., we have complete confidence in the effectiveness of our method and the impact it will have on the User’s journey to becoming an Au Pair. For this reason, we offer the following guarantees so that the User can begin their experience with complete confidence:

  • Results Guarantee: If the User follows all the steps of the "40-Day Plan" and is unable to connect with a family, we will continue working with them until they succeed. We offer personalized 1:1 sessions to optimize the User's profile and improve their strategy, working tirelessly until the goal is achieved.
  • Successful Application Guarantee: At the end of the program, the user will have a 100% optimized profile, professional materials, and a clear strategy for connecting with the ideal family. They will be ready to apply with complete confidence and assurance.
  • Extended Support Guarantee: Our commitment is not limited to 40 days. Users will continue to have access to our private community and will be able to participate in Q&A sessions until they connect with a family. They will always have support throughout the process, depending on the service contracted.
  • Double Access Guarantee: If for any reason the User is unable to complete the program in the edition in which they enrolled, they will have the opportunity to repeat it in the next edition at no additional cost. We want you to make the most of this opportunity.
  • Personal Transformation Guarantee: We know that this process is not only about finding a family, but also about personal and professional growth. If the User completes the program and feels that they have not experienced a significant transformation, we will offer them access to an additional module on personal development and emotion management. Our goal is for you to feel completely prepared for this great adventure.

Contact Information:
Each person must complete their contact information (name, ID number, phone number, email address, address, and city) and agree to keep it up to date by notifying GO360 S.A.S. of any changes via the support email address indicated on the GO360 S.A.S. website. This information will be presumed to be true by GO360 S.A.S.

  • Accuracy of Information: The User must provide their personal information in an accurate, precise, and truthful manner. They also agree to update this information when necessary. GO360 S.A.S. reserves the right to use various means to verify the identity of its Users.
  • Responsibility for Registered Information: Without prejudice to the provisions of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, GO360 S.A.S. is not responsible for the accuracy of the information registered by the User on the Site, nor for the disclosure, negligence, or failure to maintain the confidentiality of the password. The User guarantees and is responsible in all cases for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the data registered on the Site.
  • Request for Additional Information: GO360 S.A.S. reserves the right to request additional proof or information to corroborate the information entered by the User on the Site, as well as to temporarily or permanently suspend the registration of those Users whose data cannot be confirmed. In such cases, the User will be removed without any right to compensation or reimbursement.
  • Right to Refuse Registration: GO360 S.A.S. reserves the right to reject any registration request or cancel a previously accepted registration, without obligation to communicate or explain the reasons for its decision, and without this giving rise to any compensation or reimbursement.
  • Unauthorized Sharing of Information: If the User informally shares the advice or information provided by GO360 S.A.S. with third parties, and such conduct is corroborated, this behavior may result in legal and criminal action as stipulated by current legislation in Colombia.

User Obligations:
The User agrees to make appropriate use of the service provided by GO360 S.A.S., in accordance with the established Terms of Use.

  • Accurate and Up-to-Date Information: The User must provide real and accurate information about their identity and the delivery conditions of the Product. The personal data processing policy is available on the Website and forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
  • Requests and Complaints: The User must contact the GO360 S.A.S. information department in a respectful manner via the email address indicated on the Website for any request, complaint, or related event, avoiding the use of offensive or obscene language at all times.
  • Compliance with Instructions: The User agrees to strictly follow the instructions based on the different phases of the content service provided by GO360 S.A.S. and to adhere to the schedules and times established for support and assistance. Failure to comply with the above may result in GO360 S.A.S. terminating the contractual relationship with the User.
  • Compliance with the Stages of the Service: The User agrees to follow the steps or stages established by GO360 S.A.S. for their application process as an Au Pair, in accordance with the different phases that must be completed for the service to be provided correctly. Failure by the User to comply with these steps may result in the unilateral termination of the contractual relationship, without the right to any refund or compensation.
  • Formal Behavior during the Program: Once the User has completed the induction provided by GO360 S.A.S. and is in the destination country, they agree to behave formally and comply with local legislation. In the event of contravening the legislation of the chosen country, the User exempts GO360 S.A.S. from any legal responsibility, both in the destination country and in Colombia, given that Users are provided with the corresponding legal and behavioral guidelines for their stay.

Users may not:

  • Disclose their personal data or that of other Users by any means (including, but not limited to, social networks), except when expressly authorized on the Website www.go60latam.com.
  • Accept personal data provided by other Users.
  • Insult or attack other Users or members of GO360 S.A.S.
  • Use their reputation, ratings, or comments received on the Site or on GO360 S.A.S.'s social media in any context outside the Site with the intention of damaging the reputation and good name of the company GO360 S.A.S.

Such activities will be investigated by GO360 S.A.S. and the offender may be punished with the suspension or cancellation of their registration as a User of GO360 S.A.S. and/or in any other way that GO360 S.A.S. deems appropriate, without prejudice to any legal actions that may arise from crimes or misdemeanors or civil damages caused to Users.

  • It is necessary for GO360 S.A.S to stipulate in these terms and conditions that, should any dispute arise on the part of the user, GO360 S.A.S shall not be responsible for the user continuing to receive the contracted service. This includes, but is not limited to, situations such as pregnancy, congenital diseases, calamities, changes of residence, transfers, or others. This also applies when users face situations unrelated to the service contracted with GO360 S.A.S, such as social or family problems that prevent them from continuing their application process and use of the service.
  • GO360 S.A.S. must inform the user that the contracted service will be provided until its completion (40 days plus the visa and documentation process or club, when applicable). Once users are located in the host country, any situations that arise on their own or against third parties, of a social nature and related to coexistence in that location, are the personal responsibility of the user and exempt GO360 S.A.S from any inconvenience that may arise in the place where the user is located.
  • Additionally, it is the exclusive and personal decision of the user, from the moment they purchase the service from GO360 S.A.S until the completion of the service, the destination or host country to which the user chooses to travel to live their experience. Likewise, it is entirely up to the user to decide the terms and conditions under which they enter into agreements with their host family after their trip. GO360 S.A.S does not intervene in the personal decisions made by the user when choosing their destination.
  • No action or use of any device, software, or other means intended to interfere with the activities and operations of GO360 S.A.S or the Site, owned, managed, and operated by GO360 S.A.S, such as the offers, descriptions, accounts, or databases of GO360 S.A.S, is permitted.
  • Any interference, attempt or activity that violates or contravenes intellectual property laws and/or the prohibitions set forth in these Terms of Use will make the person responsible liable to the relevant legal actions and penalties provided for in these Terms of Use or in applicable criminal, civil and commercial laws. The person responsible will also be liable for any damages caused.
  • Without prejudice to other measures to which GO360 S.A.S. may be entitled, it may warn, temporarily suspend or permanently disable the account of a registered User or a publication on the Site, apply a penalty that negatively impacts the reputation of a User, initiate the actions it deems appropriate, and/or suspend the provision of its Service if any law or any of the provisions of the Terms of Use set forth in the section on prohibitions to users is violated. This will be the case if the User fails to comply with their commitments, engages in malicious or fraudulent conduct, shares the digital content service with third parties, plagiarizes or commercializes the information of GO360 S.A.S, or causes harm or damage to the registered trademark of GO360 S.A.S or to other users.
  • In the event of the suspension or disqualification of a User, all articles or comments posted on the Site will be removed.
  • GO360 S.A.S will request from Users all information and documentation it deems necessary for the proper and effective provision of the service through the Site. The information and documentation will be sent by the User to GO360 S.A.S via email to [email protected].
  • The User acknowledges that in order to use the Services offered by GO360 S.A.S, they must provide certain personal data. Your personal information is processed and stored on servers or magnetic media that maintain high standards of security and protection, both physical and technological, in accordance with the provisions of the GO360 S.A.S. Privacy Policy.
  • The User declares and guarantees that they are duly authorized and empowered to submit the documentation and information provided to GO360 S.A.S, and will hold GO360 S.A.S harmless from any third-party claims for access to the information or documentation submitted by the User or at their request.
  • GO360 S.A.S. shall not be liable in any case for the consequences that may arise for the User as a result of submitting information or documentation that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete.
  • GO360 S.A.S undertakes to safeguard the confidentiality of all information and documentation received from the User that is not in the public domain. It may only disclose such information through the use of the Site, in the use of one of the digital content services offered, with the User's authorization, or by order of any administrative, judicial, or legally authorized authority.
  • The duty of confidentiality of GO360 S.A.S shall not apply to the User's own interlocutors or contact persons through the use of the Site.
  • Users agree that the means provided on the Site, in accordance with the Site's Privacy Policy, and unencrypted email, are suitable means for the flow and exchange of documentation, information, and, in general, as a channel of communication between Users, when permitted and during the business hours established by GO360 S.A.S for such activities.
  • The User exempts GO360 S.A.S from any liability for the interception or access to emails by unauthorized persons, as well as for any damage or harm that may be caused to the User as a result of non-compliance with the Terms of Use, computer viruses, network failures, or similar situations, unless it is due to a cause attributable to GO360 S.A.S.
  • The contents of the screens relating to the content services of GO360 S.A.S, as well as the programs, databases, networks, and files that allow the User to access and use their account on the Site, are the property of GO360 S.A.S and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and industrial design laws and treaties. The misuse and total or partial reproduction of such content is prohibited, unless expressly authorized in writing by GO360.
  • The Site may contain links to other websites, which does not indicate that they are owned or operated by GO360 S.A.S. Because GO360 S.A.S has no control over such sites, it shall not be responsible for the content, materials, actions, and/or services provided by them, nor for any damages or losses caused by the use thereof.
  • In accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Use, the User is informed that the personal data provided to GO360 S.A.S. through the acceptance of these Terms of Use, as well as any data provided in the future as a result of their relationship with GO360 S.A.S., will be incorporated into a database on which GO360 S.A.S will act as the data controller and processor, and will be processed as set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • The purpose of the processing of personal data covers the following activities: maintenance, development, control, and execution of the professional relationship that, within the framework of the provision of the Service, you maintain with GO360 S.A.S; communications with the User for information or marketing purposes; billing for the Services; reporting on the guidance and instruction that is the subject of the Services to include them as part of GO360 S.A.S.'s experience.
  • The User may at any time exercise their rights to know, update, rectify, and request the deletion of their personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
  • By means of this document, the User is hereby informed and expressly and voluntarily authorizes GO360 S.A.S to process their personal data so that it may be used by GO360 S.A.S for the purposes set out above.
  • Unless otherwise agreed between the User and GO360 S.A.S, these Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the provision of digital content services and will normally be supplemented by the provisions set out below, which, among other things, include the specific services provided and the determination of the value of such Service.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, these Terms of Use shall apply to any Service contracted by the User with GO30 S.A.S in the future.
  • In the event that any of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid, this shall not affect the remaining terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
  • The relationship between the User and GO360 S.A.S is expressly subject to Colombian law.
  • In order to resolve any disputes or claims that may arise from the interpretation or execution of the legal relationship between the User and GO360 S.A.S, both parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them and without prejudice to the mandatory rules on jurisdiction, voluntarily submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Colombia.
  • Any dispute arising within the digital content service contracted with GO360 S.A.S, and which the contracting parties herein do not agree upon, shall be settled by the arbitration court of Colombia Law 1563 of 2012.
  • It should be noted that the commercial activity provided by GO360 S.A.S. is regulated like any other legal commercial activity and is backed by the current regulations set forth in the Civil Code and Commercial Code of Colombia.

The User accepts that once they obtain the service contracted with GO360 S.A.S, they are fully aware that the service they are contracting is an informative, instructional, and support service related to how to apply to become an Au Pair in an autonomous, responsible, and independent manner, as well as other procedures related to this. Furthermore, the time it takes the User to reach their destination is their sole responsibility and is subject to the terms agreed with GO360 S.A.S, in addition to the circumstances set out herein. The users maintain that at no time did they request a refund on the grounds that they were unaware of the service contracted and its respective times and phases linked to other circumstances unrelated to the provision of the service provided by GO360 S.A.S.

1. Disposiciones Generales

Estos términos y condiciones regulan el acceso y la utilización de los servicios de preparación y contenido digital ofrecidos por GO360 S.A.S., disponibles a través del sitio web oficial www.go360latam.com. Además, complementan las condiciones particulares que aplican a cada servicio específico que el cliente contrate con la empresa.

Cualquier persona que desee utilizar el sitio web o acceder a los contenidos y recursos digitales brindados por GO360 S.A.S., deberá aceptar previamente estas condiciones, así como la Política de Privacidad y demás lineamientos que regulan la actividad de la empresa, los cuales forman parte integral de este documento.

Antes de registrarse o contratar cualquier servicio, el Usuario debe haber leído, comprendido y aceptado la totalidad de los términos aquí establecidos y los documentos vinculados.

  • Relación Contractual: El vínculo jurídico derivado de la prestación de los servicios de contenido digital se establece exclusivamente entre GO360 S.A.S. y el Usuario. Dichos servicios están dirigidos únicamente al Usuario titular y no podrán ser transferidos, cedidos ni utilizados por terceros.
  • Responsabilidad Legal: GO360 S.A.S. es el único responsable por los servicios que presta directamente o mediante personal contratado, colaboradores estratégicos o empleados. En ningún caso se responsabiliza por los servicios ofrecidos por terceros, aun cuando sean recomendados en su plataforma. Cualquier reclamación sobre dichos servicios deberá dirigirse directamente al proveedor correspondiente.
  • Capacidad Legal: Los servicios están disponibles para personas mayores de edad con capacidad jurídica para contratar, o menores de edad que cuenten con el consentimiento escrito y verificable de sus padres o representantes legales. En el caso de representación empresarial, quien contrate deberá contar con la facultad legal para vincularse a la entidad.
  • Duración del Servicio: Según el servicio adquirido. La duración estándar del servicio de preparación y aplicación es de 40 días calendario, contados a partir de la fecha de inicio determinada por el equipo de GO360 S.A.S.

GO360 S.A.S. Ofrece un programa de acompañamiento estructurado, mayoritariamente dirigido a mujeres jóvenes (18 a 27 años) interesadas en participar en programas internacionales como Au Pair. Este servicio se materializa a través de un sistema integral de apoyo que incluye contenido digital, recursos formativos y orientación personalizada.

Componentes del servicio incluyen (sin limitarse a):

  • Acceso durante 40 días al programa digital estructurado “Método GO360”.
  • Infoproductos y contenido descargable en formato digital.
  • Herramientas prácticas y guías de apoyo personalizadas.
  • Participación en comunidades virtuales de acompañamiento y soporte.
  • Asesoría y orientación sobre acuerdos entre el/la participante y la familia anfitriona.
  • Opiniones y sugerencias sobre el proceso documental para la visa (según aplique).
  • Talleres online formativos sobre el cuidado de niños y desarrollo de habilidades prácticas.
  • Clases y sesiones interactivas sobre preparación cultural y adaptación como Au Pair.
  • Plantillas descargables con ejemplos y modelos de comunicación efectiva.
  • Sesiones en vivo de preguntas y respuestas con asesores bilingües.

Protección frente a denegación de visa (opcional):
El Usuario podrá adquirir adicionalmente una garantía por rechazo de visa por un valor de 150 USD. Esta cobertura contempla la devolución total del valor pagado por el servicio digital de preparación, siempre que se cumplan los términos estipulados por GO360 S.A.S.

GO360 S.A.S. se reserva el derecho de modificar, actualizar o ajustar en cualquier momento las características del servicio, su contenido, duración o componentes, sin necesidad de notificación previa al Usuario. Las actualizaciones se reflejarán oportunamente en la página web y se aplicarán desde su publicación.

El servicio ofrecido por GO360 S.A.S. constituye un sistema integral de orientación, planificación y acompañamiento para personas interesadas en convertirse en Au Pair. El contenido está diseñado en formato digital y puede incluir grabaciones, talleres, asesorías, y otros recursos creados por expertos en cada temática. No se trata de una agencia de colocación ni de una entidad gubernamental de gestión de visas o empleo.

Los servicios de preparación y contenido digital ofrecidos por GO360 S.A.S. son considerados productos intangibles y personalizados, entregados en modalidad online. Por esta razón, una vez activado el acceso al contenido o iniciado el acompañamiento, no se realizarán reembolsos, salvo en los siguientes casos excepcionales:

  • Cuando el Usuario haya adquirido la protección adicional por negación de visa y demuestre mediante documentación oficial que su solicitud fue rechazada por la autoridad consular correspondiente, cumpliendo además con los términos y condiciones de dicha protección.
  • Si el servicio aún no ha iniciado formalmente, y el Usuario solicita la cancelación con al menos 72 horas de antelación a la fecha de inicio programada.

En todos los casos, la solicitud de reembolso deberá enviarse por escrito al correo oficial de atención al cliente, incluyendo los datos del comprador, la justificación de la solicitud y los soportes correspondientes. GO360 S.A.S. evaluará la solicitud y emitirá una respuesta en un plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles.

GO360 S.A.S. ofrece servicios de orientación, formación y acompañamiento en procesos de aplicación como Au Pair mediante recursos educativos digitales. La empresa no garantiza la aprobación de visas, la aceptación por parte de familias anfitrionas, ni resultados específicos en el proceso individual de cada Usuario.

La empresa no se responsabiliza por:

  • La relación contractual o personal entre el Usuario y la familia anfitriona.
  • Negaciones de visa, decisiones consulares o políticas migratorias de terceros países.
  • Errores cometidos por el Usuario al diligenciar formularios o preparar documentos fuera del alcance del acompañamiento brindado.
  • Daños indirectos, pérdida de oportunidades, ingresos o beneficios, derivados del uso del contenido proporcionado.

El Usuario reconoce que la responsabilidad de GO360 S.A.S. se limita exclusivamente a la prestación del servicio de contenido contratado y bajo los términos aquí establecidos.

El Club 360 es un programa exclusivo para miembros que acceden a beneficios adicionales como asesorías extendidas, herramientas complementarias, recursos avanzados de preparación y orientación en trámites específicos. Las condiciones, requisitos de afiliación y cobertura de beneficios del Club 360 están disponibles en una sección específica del sitio web oficial. El acceso a este programa está sujeto a contratación independiente.

El Usuario se compromete a hacer un uso responsable, ético y personal de los servicios de preparación y contenido digital ofrecidos por GO360 S.A.S. Dichos servicios son de carácter autogestionado y están diseñados para guiar al Usuario en su proceso de aplicación como Au Pair, a través de un modelo de autoaprendizaje y acompañamiento digital.

Importante tener en cuenta:

  • GO360 S.A.S no es una institución educativa ni expide certificados oficiales de formación o validación de niveles académicos.
  • Tampoco actúa como agencia de viajes, agencia de intercambio cultural o entidad intermediaria para la colocación como Au Pair. En consecuencia, no garantiza resultados, aprobaciones de visa ni aceptación por parte de familias anfitrionas.
  • El éxito del proceso dependerá exclusivamente del compromiso, dedicación y gestión del propio Usuario.
  • El registro en el Sitio y el uso de los Servicios no genera relación laboral, societaria ni contractual de representación entre GO360 S.A.S. y el Usuario.
  • El contenido y servicios contratados estarán disponibles según lo especificado en el sitio web. No obstante, GO360 S.A.S se reserva el derecho de modificar, actualizar o reemplazar cualquiera de sus componentes sin previo aviso, con el objetivo de mejorar la experiencia del Usuario.

El Usuario no podrá reproducir, compartir, revender, distribuir ni modificar el contenido digital recibido, sin autorización previa, escrita y expresa por parte de GO360 S.A.S. Todo el material entregado tiene carácter confidencial y está protegido por derechos de autor.

Al aceptar estos Términos y Condiciones, el Usuario autoriza a GO360 S.A.S. a utilizar de manera gratuita y sin limitación temporal las imágenes, testimonios, videos o cualquier otro material audiovisual relacionado con su experiencia como Au Pair, siempre que dicha experiencia haya sido desarrollada a partir del uso de los servicios de preparación y contenido digital ofrecidos por GO360 S.A.S.

Esta autorización incluye su publicación y difusión a través de los canales oficiales de comunicación de GO360 S.A.S., tales como su sitio web, redes sociales (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, entre otros), campañas publicitarias o material informativo, con fines de promoción, inspiración y exposición para otros posibles usuarios.

El Usuario podrá revocar esta autorización en cualquier momento mediante solicitud escrita, salvo en los casos en que haya firmado una autorización específica o exista contenido previamente publicado conforme a este acuerdo.

La adquisición de los productos y servicios digitales se realizará a través de los medios de pago habilitados por GO360 S.A.S., los cuales incluyen:

  • Pasarelas de pago internacionales como PayPal y/o Global66.
  • Pasarelas nacionales como PayU.
  • Transferencias bancarias o consignaciones a la cuenta de ahorros oficial de GO360 S.A.S. en Bancolombia.

Los precios de los servicios son informados en el sitio web, pueden estar sujetos a cambio sin previo aviso y serán cobrados en la moneda especificada. El Usuario acepta pagar el valor completo del servicio en el momento de su adquisición, de acuerdo con el canal de pago elegido.

GO360 S.A.S. no almacena datos de tarjetas ni gestiona directamente los pagos. Cualquier inconformidad respecto al procesamiento debe ser dirigida directamente a la plataforma correspondiente (PayPal, PayU, entre otras), de acuerdo con sus propios términos de uso.

  • Pago por Servicios Contratados: El Usuario se compromete a pagar a GO360 S.A.S. una remuneración por la adquisición de los servicios contratados. El pago será realizado en los términos y condiciones especificados en el sitio web de la empresa.
  • Modificación de Tarifas: GO360 S.A.S. se reserva el derecho de modificar, cambiar, agregar o eliminar las tarifas vigentes en cualquier momento, notificando dichos cambios a los Usuarios mediante los medios adecuados, incluyendo la publicación en el Sitio web. Las modificaciones de tarifas entrarán en vigencia a partir de la fecha de su publicación, y no afectarán a los contratos de servicio ya celebrados.
  • Promociones Especiales: GO360 S.A.S. podrá modificar temporalmente su política de tarifas y precios por servicios de contenido digital en ocasión de promociones especiales. Estas modificaciones serán efectivas a partir del momento en que se haga pública la promoción o se realice el anuncio correspondiente en el Sitio. Las promociones estarán sujetas a los términos y condiciones específicos indicados en cada caso.
  • Gastos no Incluidos: GO360 S.A.S. no estará obligado a anticipar ni a facilitar fondos a los Usuarios para el pago de gastos adicionales, servicios o suplidos no previamente acordados y claramente establecidos en el Sitio web o en la comunicación directa con los Usuarios.
  • Incumplimiento de Pago: En caso de falta de pago por parte del Usuario por el servicio contratado, GO360 S.A.S. se reserva el derecho de adoptar las medidas judiciales y extrajudiciales pertinentes, tales como la notificación a centrales de riesgo e historial crediticio, o cualquier otra acción necesaria para garantizar el pago de los montos adeudados. El Usuario no podrá presentar reclamaciones por los daños que pudieran derivarse de estas acciones.
  • Modalidades de Pago: Los pagos podrán realizarse de contado o, en su caso, en dos pagos, previo acuerdo y aprobación de GO360 S.A.S. Las condiciones de pago deben ser acordadas de forma explícita entre las partes.
  • Objeciones sobre Facturación: Cualquier objeción relacionada con una factura deberá ser presentada por el Usuario a la mayor brevedad posible, remitiendo su solicitud al correo electrónico de atención al cliente proporcionado en el Sitio web. GO360 S.A.S. responderá a la objeción en un plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles.
  • Expedido de Facturas Electrónicas: GO360 S.A.S. podrá expedir facturas electrónicas para los cargos correspondientes por comisiones, tarifas y demás conceptos originados en el uso de los servicios contratados. Estas facturas se emitirán de acuerdo con la normativa vigente y serán enviadas al correo electrónico del Usuario. La aceptación de estos Términos y Condiciones implica el consentimiento expreso del Usuario para recibir las facturas electrónicas, conforme a la Resolución 14.465 de 2007 de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN).
  • Devolución por Servicio de Protección ante Negación de Visa: El reintegro de dinero por el servicio complementario de protección ante negación de visa solo será efectivo en caso de que el Usuario demuestre que ha seguido correctamente todos los pasos del proceso, según las instrucciones y recomendaciones proporcionadas por GO360 S.A.S. y su equipo, y a pesar de ello, su visa ha sido rechazada. El reintegro solo será aplicable al valor pagado por el servicio de preparación digital, no al valor pagado por el servicio complementario de protección ante negación de visa. Una vez que el Usuario haya realizado el pago o la reserva del servicio, se entenderá como aceptada la decisión de continuar con el uso del servicio, por lo que no habrá lugar a reembolsos bajo ninguna circunstancia ajena a lo establecido en estos Términos y Condiciones.

En GO360 S.A.S., confiamos plenamente en la efectividad de nuestro método y en el impacto que tendrá en el camino del Usuario para convertirse en un Au Pair. Por esta razón, ofrecemos las siguientes garantías para que el Usuario inicie su experiencia con total confianza:

  1. Garantía de Resultado:
    Si el Usuario sigue todos los pasos del “Plan de los 40 Días” y no logra conectar con una familia, continuaremos trabajando con él hasta que lo logre. Ofrecemos sesiones personalizadas 1:1 para optimizar el perfil del Usuario y mejorar su estrategia, sin descanso hasta que el objetivo se cumpla.
  • Garantía de Aplicación Exitosa: Al finalizar el programa, el Usuario tendrá un perfil 100% optimizado, material profesional, y una estrategia clara para conectar con la familia ideal. Estará listo para aplicar con total seguridad y confianza.
  • Garantía de Acompañamiento Extendido: Nuestro compromiso no se limita a los 40 días. El Usuario seguirá teniendo acceso a nuestra comunidad privada y podrá participar en sesiones de preguntas y respuestas hasta que logre conectar con una familia. Siempre contará con apoyo a lo largo de todo su proceso, aplica según el servicio contratado.
  • Garantía de Doble Acceso: Si por cualquier motivo el Usuario no puede completar el programa en la edición en la que se inscribió, tendrá la posibilidad de repetirlo en la siguiente edición sin costo adicional. Queremos que aproveche al máximo esta oportunidad.
  • Garantía de Transformación Personal: Sabemos que este proceso no solo se trata de encontrar una familia, sino también de crecimiento personal y profesional. Si el Usuario completa el programa y siente que no ha experimentado una transformación significativa, le ofreceremos acceso a un módulo adicional de desarrollo personal y manejo de emociones. Nuestro objetivo es que se sienta completamente preparado para esta gran aventura.

Información de Contacto:
Es obligatorio que cada persona complete su información de contacto (nombre, documento de identidad, teléfono, correo, dirección y ciudad) y se comprometa a mantenerla actualizada notificando cualquier cambio al correo de soporte indicado en el Sitio web de GO360 S.A.S. Esta información será presumida como verdadera por GO360 S.A.S.

  • Exactitud de la Información: El Usuario deberá proporcionar su información personal de manera exacta, precisa y veraz. Asimismo, asume el compromiso de actualizar dicha información cuando sea necesario. GO360 S.A.S. se reserva el derecho de utilizar diversos medios para verificar la identidad de sus Usuarios.
  • Responsabilidad sobre la Información Registrada: Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en las presentes Condiciones de Uso y la Política de Privacidad, GO360 S.A.S. no se responsabiliza por la veracidad de la información registrada por el Usuario en el Sitio, ni por la divulgación, negligencia o falta de conservación de la confidencialidad de la contraseña. El Usuario garantiza y responde en todo caso por la exactitud, vigencia y autenticidad de los datos registrados en el Sitio.
  • Solicitud de Información Adicional: GO360 S.A.S. se reserva el derecho de solicitar comprobantes o datos adicionales para corroborar la información ingresada por el Usuario en el Sitio, así como de suspender temporal o definitivamente la inscripción de aquellos Usuarios cuyos datos no puedan ser confirmados. En tales casos, la baja del Usuario se efectuará sin que ello genere derecho a indemnización o resarcimiento.
  • Derecho de Rechazo de Inscripción: GO360 S.A.S. se reserva el derecho de rechazar cualquier solicitud de inscripción o de cancelar una inscripción previamente aceptada, sin obligación de comunicar o exponer las razones de su decisión, y sin que ello dé lugar a indemnización o resarcimiento alguno.
  • Compartición no Autorizada de Información: Si el Usuario comparte de manera informal la asesoría o información brindada por GO360 S.A.S. con terceros, y tal conducta es corroborada, este comportamiento podrá acarrear acciones legales y penales según lo estipule la legislación vigente en Colombia.

Obligaciones del Usuario:
El Usuario se compromete a hacer un uso adecuado del servicio proporcionado por GO360 S.A.S., conforme a las Condiciones de Uso establecidas.

  • Información Exacta y Actualizada: El Usuario debe suministrar datos reales y exactos acerca de su identidad y las condiciones de entrega del Producto. La política de tratamiento de datos personales está disponible en el Sitio web y forma parte integral de estas Condiciones de Uso.
  • Solicitudes y Reclamaciones: El Usuario deberá dirigirse de manera respetuosa al área de información de GO360 S.A.S. a través del correo electrónico indicado en el Sitio para cualquier solicitud, reclamación o evento relacionado, evitando en todo momento el uso de ofensas u obscenidades.
  • Cumplimiento de Instrucciones: El Usuario se compromete a seguir estrictamente las instrucciones basadas en las diferentes fases del servicio de contenido proporcionado por GO360 S.A.S. y a ajustarse a los horarios y tiempos establecidos para el soporte y la asistencia. En caso de no cumplir con lo anterior, GO360 S.A.S. podrá dar por terminada la relación contractual con el Usuario.
  • Cumplimiento de las Etapas del Servicio: El Usuario se compromete a seguir los pasos o etapas establecidos por GO360 S.A.S. para su proceso de aplicación como Au Pair, conforme a las distintas fases que debe cumplir para una correcta prestación del servicio. El incumplimiento de estos pasos por parte del Usuario podrá dar lugar a la terminación unilateral de la relación contractual, sin que ello dé derecho a reembolso o compensación alguna.
  • Comportamiento Formal durante el Programa: Una vez que el Usuario haya completado la inducción proporcionada por GO360 S.A.S. y se encuentre en el país de destino, se compromete a mantener un comportamiento formal y a cumplir con la legislación local. En caso de contravenir la legislación del país elegido, el Usuario exonera a GO360 S.A.S. de cualquier responsabilidad legal, tanto en el país de destino como en Colombia, dado que se les proporciona a los Usuarios las pautas legales y conductuales correspondientes para su estadía.

Los Usuarios no podrán:

  • Dar a conocer sus datos personales o de otros Usuarios por cualquier medio (incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a redes sociales), salvo cuando esté expresamente autorizado en el Sitio www.go60latam.com.
  • Aceptar datos personales proporcionados por otros Usuarios.
  • Insultar o agredir a otros Usuarios o a miembros de GO360 S.A.S.
  • Utilizar su reputación, calificaciones o comentarios recibidos en el Sitio o en las redes sociales de GO360 S.A.S en cualquier ámbito fuera del Sitio y con la intención de dañar la reputación y el buen nombre de la empresa GO360 S.A.S.

Este tipo de actividades serán investigadas por GO360 S.A.S y el infractor podrá ser sancionado con la suspensión o cancelación de su registro como Usuario de GO360 S.A.S y/o de cualquier otra forma que GO360 S.A.S estime pertinente, sin perjuicio de las acciones legales que puedan derivarse de delitos o contravenciones o los perjuicios civiles causados a los Usuarios.

  • Es menester por parte de GO360 S.A.S, estipular en los presentes términos y condiciones que, de llegarse a presentar cualquier contrariedad por parte del usuario, GO360 S.A.S no se hace responsable de que el usuario siga recibiendo el servicio contratado. Esto incluye, pero no se limita a, situaciones como embarazo, enfermedades congénitas, calamidades, cambios de residencia, traslados u otras. También aplica cuando las usuarias enfrenten situaciones ajenas al servicio contratado con GO360 S.A.S, como problemas sociales o familiares que les impidan seguir su proceso de aplicación y el uso del servicio.
  • Es menester de GO360 S.A.S manifestar al usuario que el servicio contratado será prestado hasta la terminación del mismo (40 días más proceso de visado y documentación o club, cuando aplica). Una vez los usuarios estén ubicados en el país de acogida, las situaciones que se susciten de manera propia o contra terceros, de carácter social y de convivencia en dicho sitio, son responsabilidades personales del usuario y exonera a GO360 S.A.S de cualquier contrariedad que se suscite en el lugar donde el usuario está radicado.
  • Adicionalmente, es decisión exclusiva y personal del usuario, desde el momento en que adquiere el servicio de GO360 S.A.S hasta la culminación del mismo, el destino o país de acogida al cual el usuario elija viajar para vivir su experiencia. Al igual que es plenamente su decisión el hecho de las condiciones y términos bajo los cuales efectúa los acuerdos con su familia de acogida, posterior a su viaje. GO360 S.A.S no interviene en las decisiones personales que tome el usuario al momento de escoger su destino.
  • No está permitida ninguna acción o uso de dispositivo, software u otro medio tendiente a interferir en las actividades y operatoria de GO360 S.A.S o del Sitio, de propiedad, administrado y operado por GO360 S.A.S, como en las ofertas, descripciones, cuentas o bases de datos de GO360 S.A.S.
  • Cualquier intromisión, tentativa o actividad violatoria o contraria a las leyes sobre derechos de propiedad intelectual y/o a las prohibiciones estipuladas en estas Condiciones de Uso, harán pasible a su responsable de las acciones legales pertinentes y las sanciones previstas en estas Condiciones de Uso o en las leyes penales, civiles y comerciales aplicables. También se le hará responsable de indemnizar los daños ocasionados.
  • Sin perjuicio de otras medidas a las que pueda tener derecho GO360 S.A.S, podrá advertir, suspender temporalmente o inhabilitar definitivamente la cuenta de un Usuario inscrito o una publicación en el Sitio, aplicar una sanción que impacte negativamente en la reputación de un Usuario, iniciar las acciones que estime pertinentes y/o suspender la prestación de su Servicio si se quebrantara alguna ley, o cualquiera de las estipulaciones de las Condiciones de Uso expuestas en el acápite de prohibiciones a los usuarios. Esto será el caso si el Usuario incumpliera sus compromisos, incurriera en conductas dolosas o fraudulentas, compartiera el servicio de contenido digital con terceros, plagiara o comercializara la información de GO360 S.A.S, o efectuara agravio o perjuicio a la marca registrada de GO360 S.A.S o contra otros usuarios.
  • En el caso de la suspensión o inhabilitación de un Usuario, todos los artículos o comentarios que tuviera publicados en el Sitio serán removidos.
  • GO360 S.A.S solicitará a los Usuarios toda la información y documentación que considere necesarias para la adecuada y eficaz prestación del servicio a través del Sitio. La información y documentación serán remitidas por el Usuario a GO360 S.A.S por medio del correo electrónico [email protected].
  • El Usuario reconoce que para utilizar los Servicios ofrecidos por GO360 S.A.S, deberá facilitar determinados datos de carácter personal. Su información personal se procesa y almacena en servidores o medios magnéticos que mantienen altos estándares de seguridad y protección tanto física como tecnológica, conforme a lo establecido en la Política de Privacidad de GO360 S.A.S.
  • El Usuario manifiesta y garantiza que está debidamente legitimado y facultado para la remisión de la documentación e información que facilite a GO360 S.A.S, y mantendrá indemne a GO360 S.A.S de cualquier reclamación de terceros por el acceso a la información o documentación remitidas por el Usuario o a sus instancias.
  • GO360 S.A.S no será responsable en ningún caso de las consecuencias que puedan seguirse para el Usuario por el hecho de haber remitido información o documentación no veraz, inexacta o incompleta.
  • GO360 S.A.S se obliga a salvaguardar la confidencialidad de toda la información y documentación recibidas del Usuario que no sean de dominio público. Solo podrá desvelarla mediante el uso del Sitio, en uso de uno de los Servicios de contenido digital ofrecidos, con autorización del Usuario o por orden de cualquier autoridad administrativa, judicial o legalmente autorizada para ello.
  • El deber de confidencialidad de GO360 S.A.S no será aplicable respecto de los interlocutores o personas de contacto del propio Usuario mediante el uso del Sitio
  • Los Usuarios aceptan que los medios proporcionados en el Sitio, conforme a lo establecido en la Política de Privacidad del Sitio, y el correo electrónico no encriptado, son medios hábiles para el flujo e intercambio de documentación, información y, en general, como canal de comunicación entre los Usuarios, cuando sea permitido y en los horarios laborales establecidos por GO360 S.A.S para dichas actividades.
  • El Usuario exime a GO360 S.A.S de cualquier responsabilidad por la interceptación o acceso a los correos electrónicos por personas no autorizadas, así como de cualquier daño o perjuicio que pueda producirse al Usuario como consecuencia del incumplimiento de las Condiciones de Uso, virus informáticos, fallos en la red o situaciones análogas, salvo que fuera por causa imputable a GO360 S.A.S.
  • Los contenidos de las pantallas relativas a los servicios de contenido de GO360 S.A.S, así como los programas, bases de datos, redes, archivos que permiten al Usuario acceder y usar su cuenta en el Sitio, son propiedad de GO360 S.A.S y están protegidos por las leyes y los tratados internacionales de derecho de autor, marcas, patentes, modelos y diseños industriales. El uso indebido y la reproducción total o parcial de dichos contenidos queda prohibido, salvo autorización expresa y por escrito de GO360
  • El Sitio puede contener enlaces a otros sitios web, lo cual no indica que sean propiedad u operados por GO360 S.A.S. Debido a que GO360 S.A.S no tiene control sobre tales sitios, no será responsable por los contenidos, materiales, acciones y/o servicios prestados por los mismos, ni por daños o pérdidas ocasionadas por la utilización de los mismos.
  • De conformidad con lo contemplado en las Condiciones de Uso, el Usuario queda informado de que los datos personales que facilite a GO360 S.A.S mediante la aceptación de las presentes Condiciones de Uso, así como todos aquellos que facilite en el futuro como consecuencia de su vinculación con GO360 S.A.S, se incorporarán a una base de datos sobre la que GO360 S.A.S actuará como responsable y encargado, y tendrá el tratamiento previsto en nuestra Política de Privacidad.
  • La finalidad del tratamiento de los datos personales abarca las siguientes actividades: mantenimiento, desarrollo, control y ejecución de la relación profesional que, en el marco de la prestación del Servicio mantenga con GO360 S.A.S; comunicaciones con el Usuario con fines de información o de mercadeo; facturación por los Servicios; reporte de la orientación e instrucción objeto de los Servicios para incluirlas como experiencia de GO360 S.A.S.
  • El Usuario podrá ejercer en todo momento los derechos de conocer, actualizar, rectificar y solicitar la supresión de sus datos personales de conformidad con lo establecido en la Política de Privacidad.
  • Mediante la presente, el Usuario queda informado y autoriza de manera expresa y voluntaria a GO360 S.A.S el tratamiento de sus datos personales para que puedan ser usados por GO360 S.A.S con los fines previstos anteriormente.
  • Salvo acuerdo en contrario entre el Usuario y GO360 S.A.S, las presentes Condiciones de Uso constituyen la totalidad de lo acordado entre ambas partes en relación con el encargo de Servicios de contenido digital y normalmente se complementarán mediante lo previsto más adelante, que, entre otros extremos, incluye los servicios específicos que se prestan y la determinación del valor por dicho Servicio.
  • Salvo acuerdo en contrario, estas Condiciones de Uso serán de aplicación a cualquier Servicio que contrate el Usuario con GO30 S.A.S en el futuro.
  • En el supuesto de que se determinara la nulidad de cualquiera de los presentes términos y condiciones, ello no afectará al resto de los términos y condiciones, que permanecerán en pleno vigor.
  • La relación entre el Usuario y GO360 S.A.S se somete expresamente a la legislación colombiana.
  • Para conocer de cuantas discrepancias o reclamaciones pudieran surgir de la interpretación o ejecución de la relación jurídica entre el Usuario y GO360 S.A.S, ambos, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otra jurisdicción que pueda corresponderles y sin perjuicio de las normas imperativas sobre competencia judicial, se someten voluntariamente a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Colombia.
  • Toda controversia que se suscite dentro del servicio de contenido digital contratado con GO360 S.A.S, y que las partes aquí contratantes no estén en consenso, se acuerda entre los mismos que el mismo será dirimido por el tribunal de arbitramento de Colombia Ley 1563 de 2012.
  • Es de resaltar que la actividad comercial que está prestando GO360 S.A.S, está regulada como cualquier actividad legal comercial y que está respaldada por las normas vigentes tipificadas en el código civil y código de comercio de Colombia.

El Usuario acepta que una vez obtiene el servicio contratado con GO360 S.A.S, tiene pleno conocimiento de que el servicio que está contratando es un servicio de contenido informativo, instructivo y de apoyo en lo que tiene que ver con cómo hacer el proceso de aplicación para ser Au Pair de manera Autónoma, responsable e independiente y otros trámites propios de la misma. Además, el tiempo en que el Usuario tarda en conseguir el lugar a donde va a viajar es plena responsabilidad del mismo y se ciñe a los tiempos contratados con GO360 S.A.S, aunado a las circunstancias aquí esgrimidas. Las usuarias sostienen que en ningún momento solicitaron la devolución del dinero basándose en que no tenían conocimiento del servicio contratado y de sus respectivos tiempos y fases atados a otras circunstancias ajenas a la prestación del servicio que GO360 S.A.S brinda.
